Rebecca Marchegiani

Rebecca Marchegiani is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, where she started in 2024.

Rebecca attained an LLM in Legal Studies at the University of Bologna in 2024, where she specialised in
Human Rights and Social Justice from a European, international, and comparative perspective. She
previously obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs at the same
alma mater in 2021.

During her studies, she gained experience in academic publishing and team coordination as an Associate
Editor and later Managing Editor, at the University of Bologna Law Review, and in advocacy in the
non-for-profit sector.

Rebecca is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, and with a basic understanding of
German.
