Héloïse De Keyser is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the team in January 2025.
Héloïse graduated in 2024 with a Master's degree in Public and International Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Her thesis focused on the legal framework governing Belgian political and trade union actors, exploring the possibility of a status reform to promote more effective, transparent, and democratic governance.
During her studies, she spent an exchange semester in Madrid and undertook internships at various law firms, where she developed a practical understanding of legal practice.
Héloïse is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and Dutch.
