Théo Thaels is a Trainee Legal Consultant whom joined Spark Legal and Policy Consulting in 2025.
Theo obtained a Bachelor in European Law at the University of Maastricht in 2022 and completed his Master in Globalization and Law, with a specialization in Human Rights, in 2023 from the University of Maastricht as well.
Before joining Spark, he worked for NANSEN Refugee, an NGO based in Brussels, which offers legal expertise on international protection.
Théo is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
