Spark Legal Network is proud to announce that the results of the ‘Study on the enforcement of State aid rules and decisions by national courts’ has been published!
The Study was carried out for the European Commission (DG COMP) by Spark Legal Network, the European University Institute, Ecorys and Caselex, with the support of a network of national legal experts. It offers a comprehensive overview of the enforcement of State aid rules by national courts of the 28 Member States, identifying emerging trends and challenges and presenting best practices. It also provides insights on the use of cooperation tools by the Commission and national courts.
