Elena Vinciguerra is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the team in 2024.
Elena graduated from the University of Genova in 2024, with a thesis on EU competition law and patent law. She obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2023.
During her studies, she worked as an Intern at the International Trademark Association, researching policy trademark issues. She also attended a working session of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
Elena is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
