Elisa Simone joined the Spark Legal and Policy Consulting team as a Trainee Legal Consultant in 2025.
Elisa completed a Bachelor's degree in Law in Liège, and a Master’s degree in European Law with a specialisation in Business Law at Maastricht University, where she graduated in August 2024.
Her Master’s thesis explored the interpretation of the concept of "consumer welfare" by the European Commission and the Netherlands within the context of competition law and its evolving relationship with sustainability goals.
During her studies, she completed an internship at the legal department of Eiffage Energie Systemes in Liège, where Elisa contributed to public procurement files and participated in the revision of internal GDPR policies.
Elisa is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and has a good command of German.
