Julie Prickarts is trainee at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined in 2024.
Julie studied International Relations and International Organisation at the University of Groningen and graduated in 2021. She then went on to obtain a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Governance at the University of Amsterdam, graduating in 2022.
Prior to joining Spark, she worked for a year at the Network for Water and Climate in the Netherlands, and completed the Blue Book traineeship at DG TAXUD's customs policy unit , with a focus on combatting drug trafficking and organised crime.
Julie is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, and has a good understanding of Spanish.
